IT Help Desk Is Required
Qualifications:
• Strong technical background, excellent knowledge in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Desktop Applications.
• Good Knowledge in Network LAN devices, switches, routers, and TCP/IP troubleshooting.
• Good analytically skills for troubleshooting various applications, antivirus programs.
• Working Knowledge with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Working knowledge with ISA, Microsoft Exchange.
Experience: 1 – 3 Years
