Online Marketing Specialist
The Online Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and executing written agreements with cost-effective, scalable, and dedicated set of lead generation suppliers and vendors that can provide high-quality leads at an adequate volume to achieve business goals. Specifically, this individual will help select, manage and develop online media suppliers, as well as ensure operational improvements and efficiency gains in our lead generation efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, negotiation, and implementation of online marketing media strategy and tactics for securing high quality prospective student leads
• Manage and maintain relationships with external agencies including, but not limited to display companies and other sources of leads.
Gather information on new online sources and provide recommendations for testing for integrating with university, college and/or program specific marketing plans.
• Plan lead flow at the country, degree and program level, negotiating costs and goals with vendors and partners based on strategic priorities and major business initiatives
• Ensure proper delivery of campaigns from inception, creative development, rate negotiation, through reporting and results measurement.
• Analyze campaign and channel results to determine how to best allocate marketing dollars to achieve profit and enrollment targets.
• Be familiar and comfortable with reviewing site analytics, including path analysis (Google Analytics) to identify possible changes required campaigns.
• Use metrics to analyze, evaluate and report on digital marketing campaigns on the merit of performance and opportunities.
• Produce ad hoc reports as required.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Education Level:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and Internet software
• Proven critical thinking, analysis, and synthesis skills
• At least 3 years of experience in the Digital Marketing space - advertising agency experience preferred
• A deep understanding of lead generation business drivers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project management and research skills
• Direct response experience and prior work in youth development and human capital development is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects across multiple brands simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop strategy, oversee vendors, coordinate with internal stakeholders across the business, and present on progress to senior management.

Proposed Salary commission based.
