IT Field Engineer / Field Technician Jeddah Confidential Company
Our company in Jeddah- KSA is looking for IT Field Support Engineer / Technicians to provide level one support to the O&M;Team in the data network field.
Rules and Responsibilities:
• Configure and perform advanced diagnostics on Network Infrastructure components
• Understand and configure and install LAN Switch, wireless, WLAN technologies.
• Install and configure hardware and software as necessary to support operating systems, applications, and databases in a distributed computing environment.
• Antivirus Application (Symantec) - End Point Protection.
Extensive knowledge in Network Operations (SonicWall Firewall, VPN, Monitoring, Switched Networks) Cisco certificates is plus.
• Complete Incidents Reports and feedback.
Skills: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
• High School / Diploma or Bachelor Degree
• Preferred CCNA, MCSA Certified
• English and Arabic Language is preferred
• LAN / WAN experience.
• Wireless / Switch installation and configuration experience
