Tasks of secretary

1. Performs secretarial duties, such as typing, the taking of dictation, telephone reception, fax preparation and sending, the arrangement of travel schedules and formalities, appointment arranging, filing, document copying, and other secretarial duties, as required 2. Arrange meeting & take the minutes of meetings.
3. prepare all needed documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
4. To integrally coordinate daily receptionist
5. Performs other related duties as assigned
6. Act as liaison between management and customers to ensure smooth work operation.
7. Manage daily calendar and coordinate scheduled appointments.

Required Skills

Excellent Computer Skills
- Excellent in Microsoft office.
- Excellent in both written and spoken English
Excellent in using the internet
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Well organized person.
- Able to learn new tasks quickly.
- Self motivated & able to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure.
