Training Coordinator for a big company in KSA


Responsible for a safe and effective execution of all the Training activities in the plant. He prepares the budget and the shutdown Plan.

Duties :
1- Participate in the development of training plans, through the analysis of information and data for the identification of training needs, including participation develop financial estimates for their implementation.
2- Survey design models used in training programs and for identifying training needs and models of training programs implemented.
3- Ensure implementation of action plans related to training, including ensuring the provision of all requirements for the implementation of training programs from the processing rooms, training and provision of training methods.
4- Participate in the evaluation of training programs that have been implemented including the preparation of necessary reports on them and include the results, constraints and proposals for the development of those programs.
5- Implement measures contract with training institutions implementing the programs, including ensuring the discharge of the expenses of the program in coordination with the financial units concerned.
6- Ensure the collection, preservation and classification of information and data on the trainers, trainees and training institutions implementing the programs.
7- Part scientific and training programs, conferences and scientific meetings held by the training institutions in order to develop capacities of self.
8- Including the assigned to him by the immediate supervisor.

3 years experience in the same field with University degree Fluent English and Arabic
