1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
2. Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA®) valid for three years
3. Microsoft MCDST Certified
Have the technical and customer service skills to troubleshoot hardware and software operation issues in Microsoft Windows environments.
4. At least Five years of technical support experience
