POSITION : RECRUITMENT OFFICER
Job Profile : To evaluate each individual company Manpower Budget Manage the use of Recruitment Agency, Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. Conduct prescreening interviews. Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees. Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters. Assist in preparing and sending offer packages. Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages. Perform other special projects as assigned. Develop interview Criteria Question for different positions.
SUMMARY : Collaborate and consult with business unit managers on strategic and tactical recruitment plans for their employees requirements. Create and execute recruitment processes consistent with the Company’s goals and business objectives. Develop and deliver a plan to attract and retain high-caliber qualified candidates, and diversity candidates through employer branding, as well as outbound/inbound recruiting tactics. Understand and anticipate current market trends, and their effects on employees talent acquisition and retention. Head Hunting, Negotiating terms and conditions with recruitment agency from abroad. head hunting' Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at any of the company units base on their requirements. Drawing up short-lists Organising interviews and selection events Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies Arranging managers and assist them for interviews
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop recruitment materials
2. Workforce planning & Budget Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly and weekly reports.
3. Update and search for Recruitment agencies and to coordinate local and overseas recruitment campaigns under the supervision of the Recruitment Manager. Coordinate with local and overseas recruitment agencies to fill vacancies. Liaises with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower.
4. Draft employment offer letter and contracts for selected candidates.
5. Selection process - • screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads.

Obtains and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates. Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time. • Interview candidates up to supervisors level and provide feedback to Recruitment Manager, HR Manager and Company Manager. • Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements. Forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews. Types employment contracts, and issues engagement advice. • Arrange Interview process either through Skype interview or company manager to conduct overseas interview.
6. Recruitment record • Coordinate manpower planning process and maintain manpower records. • Establishes and maintains files and records on an ongoing basis.
7. Inventory candidates • Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
Requirements:
1. University graduate in a related field is acceptable for entry into the profession, although a qualification in some subjects such as psychology, business studies or management can be advantageous.
2. Minimum Experience: 2 years previous Recruitment Agency or in HR experience.
3. Experience working with recruitment tools and case management technologies.
4. Ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work.
5. Strong oral and communication skills and English language fluency.
6. Capability to learn local and legal requirements.
7. Requires excellent skills in databases, word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing, and presentation applications.
8. Interview skills.
