Resident Project Engineer - constructions
Job description:
• follow up the implementation of contractual obligations towards contractors - Consultants and any other parties
• Supervise the execution on construction projects
• Review and provide ongoing abstracts and the closing of the project according to the construction procedures manual .
• Residency in project and follow-up actions implemented and their impact on schedules and cost control, quality and scope of the business.
• Preparation, assembly of drawings from contractors in accordance with the terms of the contract (AS BUILT DRAWING)
Qualification
• 5-7 years of experience in supervision and execution of constructions
• Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or architectural
• Excellent Project Management Skills

- الوصف الوظيفي
• متابعة تنفيذ الالتزامات التعاقدية تجاه المقاولون - الاستشاريون واي أطراف أخرى
• الإشراف الدوري على تنفيذ اعمال مشروعات التشييد
• مراجعة وتقديم واعتماد المستخلصات الجارية والختامية للمشروع بمرفقاتها وفقا لدليل اجراءات الانشاءات.
• الاقامة بالمشروع و متابعة الاعمال المنفذة وتأثيرها على البرامج الزمنية و مراقبة التكاليف والجودة ونطاق الاعمال.
• إعداد و تجميع و اعتماد الرسومات التنفيذية من المقاولين طبقا لشروط العقد
(AS BUILT DRAWING)
المؤهلات و المهارات
• 5-7 سنوات خبرة في نفس المجال يفضل من له خبرة في الاشراف التنفيذي .
• حاصل على بكالوريوس الهندسة المدنية / المعمارية
• اجادة تامة لبرامج الحاسب الألى
• اجادة اللغة الانجليزية
• قادر على حل المشكلات و اتخاذ القرارات
• قادر على العمل تحت ضغط
