Estimator Manager



-Supervise the Estimation/Specification Team.
-Facilitate effective communication and efficient resource deployment within the estimating group as well as with other departments.
-Evaluate Customer Request for Tender/Bid/Quotation documents.
-Identify and learn customer requirements for bid purposes.
-Planning, directing and coordinating all activities and resources necessary for processing quotes pertinent to the function of estimating costs.
-Assign/delegate projects to Projects Estimators.
-Assisting Estimators in day to day work providing technical solution /Ensure that quantity take offs.
-Estimating methods are standardized and proper training is administered.
-Conferring with Sales to discuss project specifications and procedures.
-Develop cost estimates and coordinate proposals for assigned estimating projects.
-Preparing final proposal and sending it to who concern or the sales Team.
-Revise estimates and implement required changes.
-Review, provide feedback and evaluate performance of Estimators.
-Establish and maintain the organization of the estimating company in coordination with the human resources company and insure career development is promoted for all employees within the company.
