Sales Consultant/ Supervisor


-Direct all operational aspects of Western Region sales office including Sales, project management, estimation, administration and logistics
-Develop forecasts and business plans as per requirement of Sales Manager – Western Region.
-Develop and maintain a detailed sales and support plan for the territory.
-Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
-Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs of architectural hardware.
-Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
-Meet targets and miles stones set by Management for the financial year.
-Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
-Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
-Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/ company policies.
-Network to improve the presence and reputation of the company.
-Stay abreast of competing products and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
-Travel to trade shows within and outside of the territory; participate in required training (product, computer, sales etc) within and outside of the territory.
