Branch Coordinator


•Take Appointments related to new clients from Company's doctors .
•Receiving , reviewing , And registration of new applications.
•Coordinate all correspondence between Head Office and Other branches .
•Make sure that all materials needed for sales activities are always available and sufficient .
•Responsible for hiring process for the sales force by receiving and reviewing all the hiring documents.
•Overview all the administration needs of branch ( Supplies, Services, Bills ).
•Create the internal code and will responsible of termination clearance for the agent.
