Webmaster/Graphic Designer Consultant
Job Description
Our client, a leading company in the Real Estate Industry is currently recruiting for a Webmaster/Graphic Designer Consultant.
. Candidate with a strong understanding of digital and print marketing with an emphasis on customer engagement and brand development across various channels.
The candidate shall deliver various digital and print marketing assets including: PRINT: Brochures, in-store collateral, flyers, sell sheets, trade show banners and displays, signage, logos, packaging, presentations, print advertising, and photo editing and other design and production initiatives that support marketing efforts. DIGITAL: Static and animated (gif) web banner ads, digital marketing assets, website content updates, email blasts, posters, and other design and production initiatives that support marketing efforts.
Job Profile:
Management of different online retail brands pertaining to grown diamonds that will be operating in different regions of the world.
Insuring smooth, perfect functioning of all these websites and integration of latest technologies in a timely manner.
Individual is expected to monitor the customer experience and make recommendations for improvements for the same.
Creating capable teams and utilizing the individual’s network as per the growth plans of the company and insuring that implementation is done on time.
Coordinating amongst different departments like merchandising, branding, pricing, graphics design, digital marketing to create a strong product and the best customer experience.
Will be analyzing data with different departments in analytics and digital marketing to take decisions for the company that will grow the business. A serious, intelligent approach is needed.
Growth of the individual in other aspects of the business will depend on how well he is able to perform on the tasks at hand.
Skills
The desired qualities include:
• Must have strong color, design, layout and overall aesthetic skills.
• Capable of developing and adapting concepts across multiple delivery channels.
• Knowledge in creating and producing advertising for print, web and email.
• Experienced with print and web design and production.
• Possess strong verbal and written communications skills with superior Copywriting/proofreading ability
• Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of macro-photography, Dreamweaver, HTML5, PHP, JavaScript/Jquery a plus.
• Photo manipulation of digital images (resizes, crop, add/remove objects, and color correct.
• Experience working with video content is a plus
• Organized, reliable, detail-oriented and able to follow up on tasks.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines.
• Able to work in a professional, fast-paced team environment and be able to maintain clear communications with external service partners.
• Must have experience of web analytics and SEO
• Online marketing /social media marketing experience is a plus
• Web development for 3+ years is necessary
