Qualifications required: Bachelor's degree as a minimum in the field of Information Technology with experience of not less than 2 years in the field of Information Technology, MSCE or MCITP preferred with excellent computer skills to install and configure hardware and software solutions. Experience in network troubleshooting, planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades. Responsibility to respond to end users, Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults and related issues in printers, scanners, telephony systems etc. Experience with Windows 2008/2008 R2, Active directory and domain environment are required. Ability to travel around to visit branches inside and outside of Cairo. Must have a good command of English language written/spoken
