Outgoing & Positive, Pleasant Personality, Good Communicator
Well Read, Generally Cultured, Mature, Relaxed, Committed, Hard Worker
Languages
Fluent English and Arabic (interview subject to written and oral assessment)
Readable handwriting – Arabic & Foreign
Professional Skills
Actually Existent and/or to be Acquired
- Basic correspondence skills (letters, e-mails) .
- Basic computer skills; Excel (Formulas), Word, Power point .
- Surfing the Web for Factual/Cultural Information .
- Data-Collection & Statistical Research – Stand – up presentations.
- Replies to phone calls , direct them to the related person Take notes from the caller with his name , tel number , reason for - calling,, Do photo copy for any employee and deliver .
- Send faxes, give to the related person.
- Send faxes and file ,, related to secretarial work.
- Receives visitors, check with the related employee if to meet or not ,, if yes , lead the visitor to the employee or meeting room.
- Organize the meetings outside and inside office , remind the related person one day before , make sure the meeting room is clean and neat.
- Not to make duplicate RSVP for the meeting room.
- Do appointments for employees and organize with related / person.
- Check mails from ETAA and ministry of tourism , hand to ass Man Dir , then after he reads gives back , to be filed Write emails and faxes in Arabic and English.
- Download all rates of contracts on excell sheets and revised by Acc Mgr.
- Filing done very carefully and correctly .
- Add to database all new contacts.
- Will be assisting umrah employees in executing their jobs.
- Working hours 9 :00 am - 17:00 pm daily Saturday 10:00 am - 14:00 pm Friday : day off
In case you are needed at any time different than the above mentioned times, you are available
Any other job found later ' meets with your abilities, could be added.
Welcome Professional Assets
Travel Industry background is an asset – preferably Tourism / Travel / or Hotels
background of Travel-Trade Accounts
Languages, other than English and Arabic, are an asset



Welcome Personal Assets
Masr El Gedida resident, Owns Car
Literary/Documentary Writing Skills are an Asset
