Job Purpose:
Tackle Central / Domestic Air conditioning projects and Achieve sales target with specific gross margin, keeping the best level of customer satisfaction.
Job Scope:
1. Achieving sales target with specific gross margin.
2. Empower Mannai HVAC Business and Expand our Market share in Qatar.
3. Scanning the market for identifying and developing clients.
4. Respond to clients introducing appropriate products, which meet the client’s requirement.
5. Preparing estimates and quotations, and handling enquiries and tenders.
6. Follow up material submittals ensuring that they are in compliance with specifications.
7. Support and assist consultants for efficient and economic product.
8. Responsible for site visits and follow up installations and subcontractors to ensure smooth running of work.
9. Obtaining information about competitors’ products and prices.
10. Attending and solving customer complaints.
11. Selection of central equipments for residential and commercial applications, including (Chillers, AHUs, Energy recovery systems FCUs, Packaged units, 100% Fresh Air applications, DX-Split systems).

Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred Experience:
-Minimum 3 Years Experience in sales of Central Air conditioning equipments in one of the following well known suppliers: Petra – York – Carrier - Trane - Dakin – Toshiba – MaQuay – Zamil – Awal Gulf – Euroclima – klimak - VTS – Mekar - Cool line
-Knowledge of Central air conditioning Specifications and competitors.

Preferred Qualification:
Gulf Experience
English is a must , Arabic is Advantageous
Computer Literate (AutoCAD is a must)

Preferred Skills:
Good interpersonal relationship, Good communication and presentation skills.
Able to Work under pressure.
