--- The salaries for the schools starts from Basic 5000/- Saudi Riyals in addition to the benefits for the employees are as under:
• Annual paid vacation: 45 days
• Annual Housing Allowance: Three months’ basic salary payable in two six-monthly installments each year (Two months in case of single contractees) it is calculated on monthly basis in the above detail of monthly salary as well.
• Medical facilities: Medical insurance for contracted and three dependents (wife/husband and two children) as per Insurance Company’s policy.
• Children’s educational grant: 50% of tuition fees or SR 10,000 maximum tuition fees, irrespective of number of children
• Annual Termination Benefits: Half month’s basic salary for each year’s service for the first five years and one month’s basic salary per year for subsequent years.
Addition to the benefits to the employees are same as mentioned above with regards to vacation salary Housing allowance Medical Insurance tuition fee, annual termination benefits etc..
