Main duties and responsibilities include:
• Conduct thorough and detailed industry researches on companies, different sectors and markets.
• Conduct financial, statistical and analytical studies of targeted opportunity.
• Participate in the definition of goals strategies and development of specific financial and market objectives (sales volume growth, internal rate of return, increase in market).
• Prepare confidential information memorandums (CIMs) company profiles and any other related materials.
• Provide support and assistance in due diligence and closing processes.
• Prepare business valuation.
• Assist in deal structures and optimal financing options.
• Collect necessary internal information from the targeted companies/ opportunities.
• Prepare client and marketing presentations and buy/ sell-side documentation.
• Analyze current trends of costs administrative commitments, and obligations incurred.
• Communicate and present to the executive management and BOD the business case and obtain their requires approvals.
