Data Collecter
Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Data Collector is to visit landlords and real estate agencies to gather information and take pictures of properties to publish on Hoosbaa. He is also responsible for making a thorough inspection of the exterior/interiors and accurately record all pertinent data on a data collection form. The Data Collector must have a good knowledge of the local real estate market and have a strong relationship with real estate agencies across Riyadh.
Responsibilities:
1. Accurately record on the data collection form all required information that will be pertinent to the valuation of the property including picture taking. Follow the guidelines of the data collection manual and guidelines.
2. Interact effectively and professionally with landlords and agencies.
3. Anticipate unusual situations and make quick and responsible decisions.
4. Develop an awareness of quality and production requirements and maximize efforts to meet or exceed requirements/targets on a daily and weekly basis.
5. Submit on a timely basis, accurate production and corresponding reports, such as timesheets, expense reports and other prescribed company documents.
6. Exhibit the flexibility necessary to multi-task, and perform contracted services as needed. (e.g. taking multi-angle high quality property photos and panoramic shots)
7. Enter the information and upload the photos of collected data in the system.
