Duty Manager


Duty Manager ensures that Front Office shifts are run efficiently, providing outstanding guest service, assisting all Front Office staff and maintaining a calm, professional environment at all times. Interaction with guests and assist with any opportunity. Patrol the hotel to ensure everything is in good order and condition. Any duties as assigned by Front Desk Manager.
Requirements

Must have at least 2 years experience in 5-star hotels
Arabic proficiency is an advantage
Experience preferred in GCC market
Able to multi-task and to set clear priorities
Take ownership & Results oriented
