@ Regional Financial Controller (Based in Dubai)

Responsible for all financial accounting, ensuring accurate and timely production of monthly management information across the region. Implementation of Group Accounting policies
and produce group plans and forecasts. Ensure accurate and timely production of financial statements for hotels in the group and that the accounts are prepared in accordance with company policies. Ensure accounting records are correctly maintained and appropriate accounting processes, procedures and controls are in place. Manage the process to deliver the monthly Business Report to the Board. Update of budgets and forecasts for the group as required. Monitor costs across the group and identify areas of problems and cost savings.
The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in a well-established hospitality organization.

Will work closely with Sales Managers and Group director of Operations to enhance the full sales activities in the region. Enhance business from the Corporate, Travel and Government accounts and ensure the business is distributed and maximized across the portfolio.
The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience at the capacity of Director of Sales in a well-established hospitality organization.

Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers to market products and services.
The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience at the capacity of Marketing Manager in a well-established organization preferably within the hospitality industry.
