Well Read, Generally Cultured, Mature, Relaxed, Committed, Hard Worker
Languages
Fluent English and Arabic (interview subject to written and oral assessment)
Readable handwriting – Arabic & Foreign
Professional Skills
Actually Existent and/or to be Acquired
Candidates who apply for this post are required to possess the following:
- Good academic record from a reputed university
- At minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of operation.
- Excellent command of written English is must, any other language is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft office ) and internet applications.
- Able to work with a team & under pressure.
- Organize and tail programs for foreigners and Egyptians .
- Search, create, and update competitive (inbound/outbound/domestic) packages with variety of targeted locations and markets.
- Work progressively with the sales force to increase (inbound/outbound/domestic) tourism operation.
- Handle, confirm and coordinate all reservations & bookings for incoming/outgoing travel clients.
- Selling products and services to customers;
-Get best rates from suppliers; hotels, airlines, restaurants.... Etc. Follow up with clients , program execution.
- Attend meetings and exhibitions.
- Do the reservations that arrives from the TO.
- handle the confirmation with the hotel and TO ,, follow up time limit , special offers , stop sales ,, Negotiate prices and special offers with hotels and suppliers .
- Manage the reservations with accounting .
-Meet with hotels & suppliers in office and outside office, discuss what is good for both organizations.
-Collect other TO/ competitor’s offers and do the analysis on excel sheet.
-Create database for potential local clients.
-Do the filing for all documents in a superb way.
-Phone line is never closed or not answered.
-Respect office hour 9 am till 5 pm, and stay longer in case is needed.
-Day off is Sunday.
-Holidays are as per company policy depends on the work needs.

background of Travel-Trade Accounts
Languages, other than English and Arabic, are an asset
Aviation awareness

Salary & Benefits
Starting Salary Based on Experience & Above Requirements 1200 - 1500 L.E
Three Months Trial Period for Salary Review
Ongoing Six-Month Performance Evaluations, Including Continuous Salary Reviews
Monthly Commission on Personal Sales
