Electrical Foreman
Electrical Foreman is Supervises and leads crews workers engaged in Electrical works in the company.
?Plans, assigns, schedules and supervises the work of skilled electricians performing electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on high and low voltage electrical system, and electrical equipment & machineries.
? Train & instruct detailed procedures, and provides technical development to subordinates.
? Estimates supplies and materials needed by subordinates, and initiates requisition for supplies, tools and equipment.
? Enforces safety regulation & rules during working
conditions.
? Inspect facilities and installation, and make recommendations on proposed project, alteration and revisions.
? Monitor the workmanship and performance of subordinates by inspecting their work assigned and completed at a proper time table.
