Stock Plan Administration Manager


Responsibilities:
Administer equity-based incentive compensation, currently consisting of stock options with potential for restricted stock units, ESPP and other equity-based incentive compensation tools
Process equity grants, exercises and cancellations
Maintain the equity administration portal and ensure accuracy at all times
Prepare equity-related communications and online training materials
Conduct participant training sessions on equity compensation and use of the online portal
Prepare monthly and annual reconciliations of all equity information and maintain SOX compliance
Assist in calculation of stock-based compensation expense
Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual disclosures with respect to stock plans and stock-based compensation expense
Prepare compensation-related tables for annual proxy filing and other SEC filings, as needed
Assist with external audits by providing supporting records and documentation
Partner effectively and proactively with human resources, legal, payroll, tax, and accounting to anticipate, implement and/or address equity compensation initiatives/matters
Provide superior customer service to equity plan participants of all levels
Manage relationships with outside vendors, monitor enhancements and changes to service levels, as needed

Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in administration of global equity plans
Strong working knowledge of equity plans and various equity types; experience working directly with major third-party equity software systems and brokerage firms; experience with administering 10(b)5-1 plans and Forms 3, 4 and 5 filings
Ability to function in a highly confidential environment
Must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate effectively with high-level executives as well as front-line employees
Must demonstrate attention to detail, analytical abilities and consistent follow-through, including project management skills
Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including legal, HR, tax, payroll, accounting and financial reporting
Possesses energy, enthusiasm to drive results; action oriented
