Secretary and office admin



About the Job
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
Typing, Filing, preparing and collating reports
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes of meeting is must)
Prioritizing workloads
Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries (Online & Offline)
Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
Assist the Operations Department by receiving all Egypt Post phone calls and redirect them to the responsible operation team member.
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible and Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required and making conference telephone calls required of managers.
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
Job Requirements
Computer skills.
Fixable hour
Agile and team work player
Fluency English Language.
Business and formal writing.
Calls diversity.
Printing machines.
Technical Skills such as (Office Equipment and Coordinating Video and Audio Conference Calls).
Event Planning.
Research Skills
Social media awareness is must
