Human Resources Manager
Major Functions
Required qualified Human Resources Manager ( Male) for "overall Management of Company’s Human Resources Department. To provide desired support to increase efficiency of the Projects, Operational Sites, Policies and procedures.
Specific Objectives
• Having good knowledge of UAE labor law.
• Experience of handling issues of more than 1000 staff.
• Experience of working contracting/group of companies.
• Efficiency of handling various project's issues according to the requirements.
• Experience of Performance Management
• Expert in Recruitment well in time as per the requirement.
• Aware of court cases as per UAE Labor Law
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
• Minimum qualification of Business Administration
• Masters in HRM
PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB
• At least 5 years in a senior management role with Contracting, Service, Construction and Engineering industries
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Advanced level computer skills using word, excel, power point, electronic mail and calendar systems
• GCC Experience is a plus
• Valid UAE Driving License
