Quantity Surveyor
Main responsibilities:
• Prepare shop drawings.
• Execute quantity take-off of materials and cost estimates.
• Take site measurement and prepare cutting list.
• Prepare designs whenever required or requested.
• Perform project coordination with the clients and the project team, and attend to meetings.
Qualifications:
• 5 YEARS EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN MARBLE COMPANY IS A MUST.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, excellent design and drafting skills.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Can work under pressure and must be trustworthy
