- الخبرة السابقة بالادارة والتسويق بمجال الاجهزه والانظمة الامنية والالكترونية والاتصالات او انظمة مشابهة .
- القدرة علي القيادة والادارة والابداع والتميز والاراده
- القدره علي اختيار فريق عمل حسب المعايير الفنية لقطاع الانظمة الامنية
- شخصية قيادية ومهارات عالية باساليب وتكنالوجيا الادارة والتسويق التقليدي والرقمي .
- القدرة علي دراسة السوق وتحليل نقاط القوة والضعف والفرص وتهديدات التنافس التجاري
- تبني توجية واستتراتيجيات الشركة ويقوم بتحويلها لخطط والاشراف علي تنفيذها بموارد محدده .
- اجادة التعامل مع العملاء ولدية موهبة فن التفاوض والاقناع .
- شخصية تقدر المسئوليه وصادقة وأمينة
- اجادة اللغة الانجليزية بطلاقة
- اجادة التعامل مع الحاسب الالي
- اقامه صالحة وقابلة للتحويل
- رخصة قيادة كويتية

Bachelor/Master Degree
Previous experience in management and marketing the hardwares, security systems, electronic communications or similar systems
High skills in planning, management, creativity
Ability to choose a team according to the technical standards of the security systems sector
Leading personality, high skills managnent and using Traditional and digital marketing
Ability to study the market, analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks of commercial competition
Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills
Responsible and honest person
Candidate must be fluent in English
Excellent computer skills
Valid and trasfable residence
Kuwaiti driving licence
