Sales Representative


About the job:
• Ability to create/generate leads and follow through, initiate sales process by generating leads; making an initial presentation
• Builds customer base by meeting with potential clients and educating them on the benefits of our services
• achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales process
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships
• Excellent presentation skills, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-Motivated and driven
• 4 to 8 years of experience
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
