Verification Specialist
Job Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day process and will be responsible for communication with various facilities across all the world.
The main purpose of this role is to obtain complete information.
Specific Duties:
• Conduct telephone and internet research to verify credentials facts provided by job candidates of client.
• Ensure that your KPIs are consistently achieved by managing the tasks assigned consistently
• Act as a point of contact for facilities of the Organization with various resources.
• Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround on all cases
• Provide timely follow-up and follow through on all requests, cases, and escalations
• Track and report issues with your reporting manager
• engage with the team to actively support continues process improvement initiative to promote a more efficient Operation Team
• build good relationship with information recourses,
Education:
Bachelor of business administration
Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast paced, but very structured and fact-driven environment/team
- Knowledge of word processing software (MS Word/Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic including proper grammar
- Detail oriented
- Problem solving and troubleshooting
- Must have ability and curiosity to identify root cause and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work under constant deadlines and work in a team environment.
- Must have good customer service skills and a professional phone
Others:
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
- Flexibility and accept shift changes
- Candidate will be expected to possess the above within 90 days of start of position
