We have a junior IT Application Support opportunity in a multi systems environment that ensure fast learning and knowledge growing,
Position tasks:
• First line Applications support
o Receive the issue from customer
o Document full details
o try to solve issue
o In case not able to solve issue, escalate it to senior programmer, and keep customer notified
o Apply solution
o educate customers the correct working cycle (to avoid it in future)
o Prepare user manual, problem solving documents…
• Application Operations
o Ensure applications backup
o Review logs
o Run and operate on-demand TV programs desktop application
Ideal Applicant Should have the following
• Bachelor degree in IT
• Arabic Native Language
• 1 – 3 years’ experience
• Saudi National or Have Transferable Iqama Visa
