مطلوب Welding Inspector:

• Witness of Welder Qualification Test (WQT) based from approved WPS/PQR, international Codes, Standards and Specifications.
• Issue respective cards and maintain Qualification Records.
• Analyses Repair rate and take necessary precautions.
• Monitor MVR (material verification inspection report) as per Isometric Drawing and client requirement etc.
• Review of raw Material Inspection Certification & Attestation.
• Familiar with the base materials and consumable welding materials conform to the specification and that welding filler metals used are as specified for material.
• Refer as per international codes and standards such as ASME II, ASME V, ASME VIII, ASME IX, ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3.
• Prepare of Inspection and Test Plan as per specification and Client requirements.
• Witness of materials physical damages, Dimensions, Joint Preparation, Fit-up and Weld Visual and if there is any heat treatment base from the material.
• Carry out Base line wall thickness, Ferrite count reading, Hardness test for pipe.
• Possess knowledge in various Non-destructive test methods.
• Ability to perform line check, identify different types of valves and orientation, Type of bolts, pipe supports and gaskets.
• Ability to perform Pre-Hydro /Pneumatic/Visual Test Check List verifications
• Verify pressure gauges calibration, Witness pressure testing and conduct reinstatement of line.
Qualifications / Criteria
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
CSWIP 3.1- Certified Welding Inspector.
NDT / LEVEL-II Certified by ASNT IN RT,PT,UT& MT
• Experience: Three years of relevant experience in fields.
• Language: Good command in Arabic/English languages.ي
