مطلوب Accountant
Accountant

• Ensure that all financial operations take place according to the guidelines of the project
• Make payments to suppliers and service providers
• Cashing the payment of the approved payrolls to the site employees and issuing pay slips for each employee
• Cashing travel allowances in each rotation of the employees
• Review all expenditures and receipts and prepare vouchers for final Project Manager approval
• Maintain all accounts and financial records
• Produce the local financial information needed for Annual reports& other reports;
• Assure cost efficiencies and quality control
• Responsible of the petty cash and the payment of any expenses as needed and approved by the Senior Accountant, Accounts Department in the Head Office and the Management.
• Prepare reports on all payments issued at site
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
• Undertake any other related tasks as required
Qualifications / Criteria
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Three years of relevant experience in fields.
• Language: Good command in Arabic/English languages.
• Knowledge: Essential computer literacy (MS applications)
Catering System Controller
• Operates the catering system to track the daily meals of each employee
• Issue daily register of incoming staff for the catering company to accommodate them.
• Prepare and update the timesheets of the catering services.
• Prepare reports of the catering services.
• Contact the catering company for any needs and coordination.
• Manage the performance of the catering company.
• Perform any other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications / Criteria
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Two years of relevant experience in fields.
• Language: Good command in Arabic/English languages.
• Knowledge: Essential computer literacy (MS applications)
