An Oil and Gas Company based in Al Khobar is looking for candidate with below skills and requirements:
JOB TITLE: ICT Team Lead
JOINING DATE: Immediately
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Infrastructure Team Leader is responsible for the development and maintenance of the ICT infrastructure and associated systems. The post holder will work in an environment of continuous change while minimizing disruption to system users.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• 6 to 10 years’ experience in the IT field
• Proven working experience as an IT lead or relevant experience
• Hands on experience with System, Network administration and IT Security
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum Educational qualification bachelor’s degree
• Very good English language
• Male candidate
• Preferred Saudi Nationality Candidates
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:
• Certification in Network & Firewall technologies
• Microsoft, Linux and VMware Certification
• Cybersecurity Certification are added advantage
KEY OBJECTIVES AND TASKS:
• Lead in the delivery of ICT infrastructure projects as directed by the Head of ICT.
• Plans, leads and conduct day to day operation, administration and all other activities of the windows server, Linux, Network and VMware environment
• Contribute to the development of strategy and lead on the formulation and implementation of policy.
• Responsible for the development, management and maintenance of all servers and associated operating systems including Windows Server (2008/2012/2016)
• Responsible for the development, management and maintenance of all servers and associated operating systems including Linux (CentOS)
• Responsible for managing Antivirus Servers, File Servers and application servers
• Manage day to day End user technical support for windows 7 / 10, Office 365 related issues
• Provide level 2 and level 3 support for the tickets escalated
• Deliver an excellent technical service to customers.
• Manage the procurement of ICT equipment and associated expenditure
• Manage the Office 365 environment
• Identify, review and mitigate service area risks
• Responsible for the management of the mobile estate (Android & iOS devices)
• Manage the Cisco, Dell network switches, Dell EqualLogic storage area network
• Manage Cisco, Fortinet and Palo alto firewall
• Manage the daily, weekly and monthly system administration tasks on all network hardware and provide monthly performance reports to the Head of ICT on systems
• Manage the daily, weekly and monthly back routines using Microsoft Data Protection Manager.
• In line with the Group business continuity plan, implement a capacity planning and ICT disaster recovery strategy
• Produce and maintain appropriate documentation to the defined ICT team standards, ensuring that new procedures are documented in an efficient and timely manner, and that suitable version control is employed.
• Promote an active ICT learning environment within the Group, presenting training courses and supporting internal user groups.
• Implement and embed the ITIL framework principles across the team.
• Keep up to date with developments and strategy in ICT and make recommendations where appropriate to members of the ICT Management Team.
• Manage the inventory of the ICT equipment.
• Perform periodic audits of the Group’s ICT equipment and provide written reports on the results.
• Ensure that the information security policy is adhered to at all times and be responsible for reporting and documenting any security breaches.
• Undertake any other duties which may be required within the needs of the service and as required by the Head of ICT.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work individually and as a member of team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Coordinating with client for the IT & Security requirements
• Responsible for Periodical audits on system and network devices
• Responsible for Cybersecurity awareness trainings to the users
