Telesales is needed for Royah-Vision company
Job Duties
• Connect with prospects using phone & email.
• Respond to all inbound leads and offer our services
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients via telephone calls, online chat and emails.
• Interact to customer`s inquires and transfer them to the most appropriate department.
• Consult with clients after contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
• Shift: 9 am to 5 pm.
• Friday & Saturday OFF.
• Male and Female.

Job Requirements
• Graduates only.
• 0:3 years of experience.
• Good Command of English Language.
• Computer skills, Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• We provide Career position

• Arabs only
• Stock Market experience is a plus
