Company Secretary


Description:
Provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing

clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings

Travel is also required from time to time.

Qualification:

• with 2-3 years experience as an Executive Assistant/Secretary of Corporate Level

• Must have a bachelor’s degree

• Knowledgeable in corporate governance framework

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attending phone inquiries, directing calls, and providing basic company information

• Arranges travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed

• Plans/organizes and implements company events, meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners, and employee team building activities or special projects

• Manages executive schedule and acts as liaison for executive team

• Prepares reports, presentations / data and correspondence for meetings

• Handles confidential information

• Prepares information and research for executive needs
