Hotel Manager

Hotel Manager to join our clients team at our fast paced casual all-day dining restaurant in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on floor manager, with tons of personality & customer focus at the heart of it. Successful candidates will be responsible for the smooth running of service, ensuring guests are looked after to the highest standard.

The role:
Face of the venue with a clear presence on the floor, interacting with guests & maximising covers, increasing revenue
Engaging & building relationships with guests
Strong leadership skills; leading by example with passion, training, motivating & inspiring the team
Hands on team player
Excellent food & beverage knowledge
About you:
At least 2yrs experience within a high-volume restaurant
Exceptional customer service skills; highest standards of quality & service delivery
Strong organisational skills & multi tasker
Passionate about food & drink
Full of personality with the energy & ability to deliver incredible & consistent service
Possess the ability to train & develop the team.Take ownership & is passionate about driving new ideas to promote a culture of excellence
