Accountant Openings
Restaurant Accountant needed as the following
Experience and industry knowledge within the restaurant is a MUST.
Monthly bank and balance sheet account reconciliations.
Maintenance of prepaid, amortization, fixed asset, and depreciation schedules. Complete expense accruals.
Monthly Sales VAT Return preparation and filing.
Maintain local, county and state licenses and permits for assigned restaurants. · Prepare annual financial audit preparation. · Maintain various accounts receivable listings including all schedules and listings in accounting software;
Track credit card receivables and remittances ·
Track delivery companies receivables and remittances ·
Handles administrative duties including accurate and timely data entry.
Works to ensure that all entries on General Ledger are accurate and done in a timely manner.
Audit, review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications
ensuring the correct entity is charged.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner to ensure all deadlines are met.
Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Accounting experienced required (minimum 5 years of general ledger accounting).
