Job Description:
• Should have experience in handling F&B purchase.
• Allocate most competitive prices for quality of goods and service while ensuring the application of procurement policies and procedures.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure most beneficial terms and high quality of goods and services.
• Collect procurement requirements from end user.
• Review suppliers’ quotations, conditions and payment terms to ensure most beneficial terms for the company and that meet end user requirements.
• Finalize details of orders and deliveries.
• Prepare and review purchase orders (POs) and ensure adequate approval cycle.
• Review suppliers’ order confirmation in accordance with PO.
• Survey market to identify new suppliers.
• Maintain positive relationship with existing and new suppliers.
• Process cash purchases.
• Prepare procurement reports by collecting and analyzing cost, quality, end user requirement, vendor and other information.
