Safety Officer
General Responsibilities (but not limited to):
1- Report directly to the Top Management. Perform regular duties of Junior Safety Officer
2- Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary and issue work permits as required.
3- Enforce and maintain QHSE Policy, QHSE Logs, documentation and conduct Tool Box Talks.
4- Conduct Risk Assessment and prepare Safe Work Method Statement for off-site activities.
5- Ensure QHSE Department is in full compliance with IMS (Integrated Management System).
6- Liaison with the Local Authorities and clients related to HSE.
7- Implement and Supervise the QHSE Annual Training program
8- Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management.
9- Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations.
10- Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility management.
Requirements
Experience: 3 years
Bachelor degree
