Job Key Details
Publish entries and transactions in the system
Responsible for office management
Set up internal controls through recommending policies as well as procedure to be used
Prepare management reports
Undertake printing, scanning, photocopying work
Carry out bank reconciliation activities as required
Conduct general ledger reconciliations
Draft and bind documents
Manage the petty cash
Undertake payroll preparations
Assist in typing documents
Preserve financial security through following internal controls
Generate and submit statutory returns

Job Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
At least one year of accounting experience required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in Ms Office suite including the ability to use the accounting software
Must have excellent communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Good organizational abilities
Must have good customer service skills
