Wanted experienced HR Assistant Manager in UAE


Proactively provide HR team with support as needed on key initiatives.
This role requires the completion of other duties as assigned.
Drive optimization by being actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts (kaizen).
Oversee the development, administration, and improvement of benefits, the payroll function, and talent acquisition.
Conduct regular audit of all team members and providing constructive feedback.
Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Two years experience in same field.
