Facility Manager


Looking for a Facility Manager for its FM Business operations .
The Candidate must be:
1. A Candidate with hands on experience in day to day operations of the facilities.
2. Experience in administration of facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, waste management, security management, security management and other services.
3. Has Knowledge on landscaping, HVAC system, Interior Fixtures and furnishing, Construction/repairs etc.
4. Knows the quality standards requirement related to FM.
5. Has a service mindset.
6. Experience in handling a team, know-how on scheduling, shifts and deployment of resources.
7 .Excellent stakeholder management skills
8. Experience in handling/managing the lease agreements, vendor agreements etc
9. Has entrepreneurial mindset and commercial thinking

Seniority – Mid Level

Qualifications required;
• Bachelor ‘s Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FM Field.
• Familiar with latest FM standards and practices.
