Logistics Officer
• Communicate with suppliers, retailer, customer, custom, shipping line, airline into acquiring products.
• Ensure logistics operation is aligned with all agency regulations.
• Compile contract or agreement between the company and the other vendor.
• Facilitate overseas and local shipments, prepare delivery notes, packing lists and all related documents.
• Oversee all documentation processes of incoming or outgoing shipments.
• Plan and track the shipment of products according to customer requirements.
• Ensure that the acquired or received stocks or materials are stored safely and arranged accordingly.
• Keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels.
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders.
• Facilitate billing, invoicing, delivery of materials, products or in line shipments.
• Schedule accordingly the dispatch of materials or products.
• Mobilization of logistics software to optimize procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports to support daily operation.
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Undertakes ad-hoc task related to your function.
