Manager / Learning Product Development (Training Industry Experience only)
Responsibilities
Develop and continually refine understanding of customers including personas, needs and competitors, common buying stages etc.. Perform analysis to define programs needed to improve customer retention, wider share of wallet. Ensure products and roadmaps differentiate EA in target markets, reflecting market trends. Perform industry trend analysis, market share and competitive analysis and win/loss tracking to identify product strategy for growth.
• Sales training & enablement: Provide training to map client needs to relevant products. Increase sales wins via effective tools across various channels such as online trial programs, product and vendor comparisons, product catalogs, pricing tools, customer success stories etc..
Qualifications And Experience
• 5+ years' of overall training industry experience with hands-on experience implementing digital L&D programs and products (AI, Blockchain, IoT etc.)
