Position Title: sales coordinator
Position Description:
Required female for sales coordinator position
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
-Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
-Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
-Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
-Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
-Ensure adherence to laws and policies
-Keen to details and accuracy of data entries
-Prepares and issues Tax Invoice, Delivery Note, Purchase Order, Quotations, Letter, etc.
-Coordinate with the Logistic Team for the material deliveries out-bound and in-bound
-Prepares and monitors sales activity
-Update and monitors Logs - Invoice, Delivery Notes, Stock List, etc.)Organized in filing project documents.
-Assist the Sales Engineer, Technical Manager, and General Manager if required.
