Junior Officer HR Corporate Openings


We are recruiting-
Position: Junior Officer-HR, Corporate
Key Selling Points
The incumbent will get the opportunity to grow as an HR Generalist.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Coordinate the recruitment and selection process following the organization's procedure for management employees.
Maintain HRIS software.
Assist payroll manager by maintaining and providing relevant records (leave, absenteeism, etc.)
Maintain the employee personnel file with all related papers as up-dated.
Processing documentation and prepare reports related to HR activities i.e. Appointment Letter, Performance Evaluations, Promotion, Increment, Separation, Grievances, Monthly & Yearly HR Reports.
Assisting management in formulating different HR policies.
Providing support to the HR manager concerning all activities of the HR function.
Any other responsibilities as and when those are assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
