Assistant Purchase Manager
Description:
We are looking for an Assistant Purchase Manager.
6 to 8 years of experience in Perfumes or Cosmetics Industry is a must. You should have good working relations with suppliers from UAE, India, China, and Europe.
Well versed with ERP systems such as Microsoft AX dynamics, SAP, etc.
• Receipt of Product briefs from the Brand team and evaluate the feasibility of the launch date.
• Seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at a reasonable price.
• Developing all new projects within the required budget and time.
• Checking all the technical drawings of components and providing approvals to start the pilot and commercial production.
• Continuously working on reducing the cost of existing components by maintaining the same quality.
• Evaluating suppliers LT on a quarterly basis and taking actions against low rated suppliers.
• Ensuring the monthly procurement cycle is taken care of on time to avoid any delays in material receipt
