Description:
Restaurant Manager (x2 positions – Dubai & Abu Dhabi)
Candidate should have working knowledge with franchise, working with American concept in large volume restaurant is plus advantage
MUST be residing in the UAE
Responsibilities:
• Adhere to company standards & service levels to increase sales & minimise costs
• Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) & personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed
• Maintain professional restaurant image
• Investigate & respond to guest complaints
• Manage daily shifts
• Provide direction to employees regarding operations & procedural issues & conducting performance reviews
Requirements:
Min. 3 years Restaurant Manager experience in a high volume dining establishment
Additional experience in Regional or multi-unit management is preferred
Strong knowledge of front & back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, food safety, service techniques & guest interaction
Strong understanding of cost & labor systems that lead to profitability
Strong communication & leadership skills

Benefits:
Salary: AED10,000 – AED12,000 + bonus
