• القيام بأية أعمال أخرى ضمن حدود المهام والمسؤوليات الوظيفية.
• الاستقبال الجيد للعملاء وتلبية طلباتهم
• استقبال طلبات الزبائن وتسجيلها على الكاشير
• تبليغ المشرف إذا كان هناك زبون لا يمكن خدمته كما هو مقرر
• Handle cash transactions with customers using cash register
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure pricing is correct
• Enters price changes by referring to price sheets and special sale bulletins
• Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.Provides pricing information by answering questions
• Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
