About my professional life in the hotel culinary arts and the world of cooking I have worked in more than seven tourist hotels in Egypt, one of the largest hotels in terms of the number of rooms and guests in Egypt, and I also worked on more than 12 nationalities from around the world from European and foreign nationalities and many others so I got to know Cultures of other peoples in everything .... and my professional job in the kitchen is a sous chef in charge of the heating department, fully responsible for menus in preparing food and teaching novice picking up in the kitchen ... and I am very professional in Egyptian, eastern and Gulf recipes .. I work in A-card restaurants and high-quality preparation of dishes and I work on the HACCP system and the Heijin system and on a very clean system in the kitchen and preparing food in very large healthy ways, and I always work in the most difficult conditions and pressures, and this is one of the advantages in the kitchen and I work in the main kitchen. We always offer the latest and best in creating the best international recipes and dishes for the happiness of the guests in the hotel ... I have experience in Italian pasta pastries and pizza and their manufacture by hand and I also work on charcoal barbecue in all kinds of red meat and fish, and I can add more professional recipes anywhere for guests and I I work more than 12 hours a day in the hotel under high pressure from work, and I am also responsible for the night shift and communicate with all the cooks in the heating department as a question about it ... and I am ready to work in any country and provide the necessary ....
